2024 – 2 Dollars Toonie Canada – RCAF Color

The 2024 Canadian $2 coin commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) is a brilliant uncirculated circulation coin with a colorized design that celebrates a century of RCAF service from 1924 to 2024. The coin features a vividly color-enhanced RCAF roundel on the blue inner core, with a depiction of a CC-130H Hercules aircraft flying above conifer trees, flanked by the anniversary dates “1924” and “2024” in red and white. The outer ring of the coin displays eight different historic and current RCAF aircraft as seen from above, maple leaf security marks, and inscriptions including “CANADA,” “DOLLARS,” and the denomination “2.” The obverse shows the effigy of His Majesty King Charles III with inscriptions of his name and title.
